Brandon Malone

Brandon Malone is an experienced legal professional with a diverse background in arbitration and advocacy. Currently serving as an Arbitrator at Arbitra International since July 2021, Brandon is also a Discipline Panel Member for Scottish Rugby, contributing as a volunteer to uphold disciplinary standards within the sport. As an Advocate at Ampersand Advocates and the Faculty of Advocates, Brandon brings expertise in legal representation, while holding the position of Barrister, Door Tenant at Quadrant Chambers since May 2018. Furthermore, Brandon is recognized as a FIDIC Adjudicator on the President's List of Approved Dispute Adjudicators and has held roles as a Panel Arbitrator at various international arbitration centers including HKIAC, Singapore International Arbitration Centre, Dubai International Arbitration Centre, and SCCA. Brandon's educational credentials include an LLB from the University of Aberdeen, an LLM with Distinction in Construction Law from the University of Strathclyde, and a Diploma in Legal Practice from the University of Aberdeen.
