Leo Liu is an experienced legal professional with a focus on dispute resolution, antitrust, and international trade remedy. Currently serving as Deputy Secretary General at Beijing ADR Promotion Council and Research Fellow at Institution Quraysh since June 2020, Leo also holds the position of Chief Representative at the Singapore International Arbitration Centre's Shanghai Office since June 2017. Previous roles include practicing as a lawyer at 君合律师事务所 and Dentons, as well as serving as Case Manager at IRC, Secretary at Shanghai Arbitration Commission, and Trainee Lawyer at Taylor Wessing. Leo Liu obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) from Michigan State University College of Law and a degree in law from East China University of Political Science and Law.

Since commencing operations in 1991 as an independent, not-for-profit organisation, SIAC has established a track record for providing best in class arbitration services to the global business community.
