Sue Kim serves as the Director at Secretariat since February 2024 and is an active Committee Member of the London Branch for the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) since November 2019. Additionally, Sue holds various adjudicator and arbitrator roles across several organizations, including the CIArb's Presidential Panel, the Business Arbitration Scheme, and multiple arbitration centers such as the Singapore International Arbitration Centre and the London Court of International Arbitration. Sue is a Council Member for both the Society of Construction Law in the UK and SCL Korea. Educational qualifications include an LLM in Bar Professional Training Course from City, University of London and a BSc in Quantity Surveying from the University of Reading, among other degrees in law and engineering.
