Kavita Ratty

Kavita Ratty has a diverse work experience spanning over several organizations and sectors. Kavita began their career at MediaCorp Pte Ltd in 1988, where they held the position of Deputy Editor at Channel News Asia until 2001. Kavita then transitioned to the National University of Singapore, serving as the Head of Communications in the Development Office from 2003 to 2009, and later as the Head of Administration and Communications at the Global Asia Institute from 2009 to 2012. From 2012 to 2014, they worked at Raffles Institution as the Head of Alumni Relations and Advancement. Most recently, they have been employed by the Singapore International Foundation since 2015, where they hold the role of Deputy Director within the Communications and Engagement Division.

Kavita Ratty completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy, English Language, and Sociology at the National University of Singapore from 1984 to 1988. Prior to that, they attended Raffles Institution for an unspecified period of time.
