Olivier Lim

Mr Olivier Lim, 50, is non-executive Chairman of Certis CISCO Security Pte. Ltd. and Frasers Australand Pty Ltd. He is a Director of Raffles Medical Group Ltd and Banyan Tree Holdings Limited. He serves as a member of the Board of Jurong Town Corporation, the Board of Governors of Northlight School, and the Advisory Board of the Institute for Societal Leadership at the Singapore Management University.

Olivier was previously with CapitaLand Limited from 2003 to 2014 and served as Group Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Group Chief Investment Officer and Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) during his career there. He was named CFO of the Year in the Business Times Singapore Corporate Awards 2007. Between 1989 and 2003, he worked at Citibank Singapore in various roles in the corporate and investment banking units and was Head of the Real Estate Unit in his ultimate role.

He previously served as non-executive Chairman of Australand Holdings Limited (then ASX listed), Mount Faber Leisure Group, and the Advisory Council for the Singapore CFO Institute. He has also served as non-executive director for a number of SGX listed entities, including CapitaMalls Asia Limited, Neptune Orient Lines Ltd, and a number of CapitaLand REITs. He was previously a non-executive director of Sentosa Development Corporation and the Singapore Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA).

Mr Lim holds a First Class Honours degree in Civil Engineering from Imperial College, London.
