Audrey Yap

Audrey Yap is a distinguished professional in the field of law and management, currently serving as a Board Member at the Singapore Food Agency. Since May 2022, Audrey has held the position of Vice President, Hon. Treasurer, and Elected Council Member at the Singapore Manufacturing Federation, and has been Chairman of the Singapore Innovation & Productivity Institute since October 2021. As the Regional Managing Director and Co-Founder of Yusarn Audrey LLC since September 1999, Audrey specializes as an IP Lawyer and Qualified Patent Attorney in Singapore, alongside being a Certified Management Consultant with TUV SUD Professional Singapore. Additional roles include Independent Director at Old Chang Kee Ltd and Adjunct Fellow at the IP Academy of Singapore. Audrey has held various leadership positions in organizations such as LES International and the Singapore Business Federation, and served on the board of the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore until April 2022. Audrey's educational background includes degrees from the University of Malaya and completion of the Postgraduate Practical Law Course at the Board of Legal Education, Singapore.
