Kimming Yap

Kimming Yap is a highly experienced professional in the fields of design and branding, currently serving as the Managing Director of Creativeans, a leading brand and design consultancy, since 2012. Under Kimming's leadership, Creativeans has received multiple awards for its innovative approach to building impactful brands. As a co-founder of HOVARLAY, established in 2024, Kimming contributes to transforming physical packaging into immersive digital experiences. Kimming also holds prominent roles in various organizations, including Vice President and Executive Committee Member of the Design Business Chamber Singapore, Council Member and Chairman of the Lifestyle Industry Group at the Singapore Manufacturing Federation, and a member of the Curriculum Development Advisory Committee at Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts. Additionally, Kimming is a Distinguished Professor at Shanghai University, an author of the book "Are You Brand Dead?", and has participated in advisory roles for academic institutions and government panels. Kimming Yap holds a master's degree in Design from Domus Academy.
