Mr Ho Lon Gee is an Independent Director of the SMG’s Board and Chairman of the Audit Committee since June 2009. Mr Ho is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Tricor Singapore Pte Ltd, where he oversees the management of Tricor group of companies in Singapore. From 1982 to 2004, he was an Auditor and Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers Singapore where he headed the SME Enterprise Audit Group and the Corporate Services Practice. Mr Ho is a qualified Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He is also a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accounts and the Singapore Institute of Directors. In addition, Mr Ho also serves as Honorary Treasurer to the Singapore Children’s Society as well as Chairman of its Investment Committee and a member of its Remuneration Committee.

Its Health Business segment consists of general ophthalmological services, such as implantable contact lens and cataract surgery; orthopedic services, including treatments for joint and cartilage injuries; oncology services, including the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of cancer; obstetrical and gynecological services, which caters to the wellness of women; otolaryngology services; dermatology services, and general medicine and health screening services. Its Aesthetics Business consists of refractive surgery services; dental services, including general dental services, prosthodontics, orthodontics, implant dentistry, oral surgery and gum treatment, and aesthetics medicine services. Its Others segment consists of group-level corporate services, as well as business consultancy functions.
