Jesse Loong

Jesse Loong has over 18 years of experience in various roles related to compliance, risk management, and finance. Currently, Jesse holds the position of Deputy Vice President - Group Compliance at Singapore Post Ltd since July 2023. Prior to this, Jesse served as the Director of Compliance - Financial Services at ShopBack from July 2022 to July 2023. Before that, Jesse worked as the Director of Compliance at hoolah from October 2021 to June 2022. Jesse also worked at Singtel as a Senior Manager in Risk Management from April 2021 to July 2021. In previous years, Jesse held roles such as Senior Manager - Risk and Compliance at Jardine Cycle & Carriage Ltd from January 2019 to April 2021, Manager - Group Finance (Risk and Compliance) at Jardine Cycle & Carriage Ltd from October 2011 to December 2018, and Group Internal Audit - Senior Consultant at Jardine Matheson from June 2007 to September 2011. Jesse began their career at Deloitte as an Enterprise Risk Services Consultant from 2004 to 2007. Throughout their career, Jesse has demonstrated expertise in compliance, risk management, and finance within various industries.

Jesse Loong obtained a Bachelor of Banking Finance & IT from Monash University, from 2000 to 2003. They also attended Sri KL, although the years of attendance are unknown. Jesse Loong has additional certifications in risk management from ANZIIF and is a Certified Fraud Examiner and Certified Internal Auditor.
