Swee Guan Tan

Swee Guan Tan has extensive work experience in the property management, engineering, eBusiness, and postal development fields. Swee Guan started their career at Singtel as a Project Engineer (Aeradio) in 1977 and worked there until 1987. In 1988, they joined Singapore Post Ltd as a Department Manager (Postal Development & Engineering) and worked their way up to Senior Vice President (Property Management & Engineering) before leaving the company. Throughout their time at Singapore Post Ltd, they held various roles, including Senior Director (eBusiness & Engineering) and Director (Postal Development & Engineering).

Swee Guan Tan completed an MBA, Sloan Fellow degree at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's Sloan School of Management from 1996 to 1997. In 1991, they attended INSEAD for the International Executive Programme. Swee Guan Tan also earned a BSc (Hons) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Heriot-Watt University, which they studied from 1975 to 1977.
