Shweta Musale

Shweta Musale is a corporate governance professional with extensive experience in company secretarial roles. Currently serving as the Corporate Secretarial Lead at Mohan Management Consultants since May 2024, Shweta is also a volunteer at Singapore Red Cross and holds the position of Independent Director at RPG Group since November 2021. Shweta's previous roles include Manager of Company Secretary at Piramal Realty and Assistant Manager (Company Secretary) at both Syntel and RPG Enterprises. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Mumbai, a Company Secretary certification from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) also from the University of Mumbai, complemented by recent studies at The Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland.
