Hendra Setiawan

Hendra Setiawan is an experienced telecommunications professional with over 19 years of expertise in network services operations and management. Currently serving as Associate Director at Singtel since June 2013, Hendra specializes in providing pre-sales technical consultancy and developing innovative ICT solutions for enterprise customers. Hendra's previous roles at Singtel include Senior Solution Manager and Manager of Service Management, where leadership was demonstrated through global team management and service delivery oversight. Earlier experience at Singtel includes managing the Global NOC for corporate data services and shift operations, while Hendra's career began at Telkomsel as a Network Security Engineer and Network Engineer.
