Kum-Leong Chan

Kum-Leong CHAN has over 20 years of extensive experience in network operations and service management, currently serving as a Senior Manager at Singtel since October 2010, where responsibility includes leading the "FSI" team of Service Managers and developing team member skills. Previous roles include Network Operations Manager at AT&T Singapore, managing complex customer networks, and Service Delivery Manager at 3D Networks, overseeing service providers' accounts. Kum-Leong has a foundational background in network support from positions at AT&T and Tri-Mix Singapore Pte Ltd, alongside military leadership experience as a Platoon Commander in the Singapore Army. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Civil & Structural Engineering from Singapore Polytechnic and GCE O Levels from Presbyterian High.
