Kung-Yang Quah

Kung-yang Quah serves as the Group Financial Controller at Singtel since September 2021, overseeing financial planning and analysis, management of regional joint ventures and associates, and business enablement initiatives aimed at enhancing group performance. Prior to this role, Kung-yang held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Optus from October 2020 to September 2021, and served as CFO of SingTel Group Enterprise and CFO for Singapore Business at Singapore Telecommunications Ltd from October 2009 to November 2020. Kung-yang's early career includes a role as VP of Business Management at SingTel from 2005 to 2009, and as an auditor at Barnes Roffe LLP from 1986 to 1991. Kung-yang is an FCA, having earned this designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, and holds a degree from the University of Kent.
