Prior experience includes an internship in Human Resources Operations at TikTok, assisting with various HR activities, and an internship at the Ministry of Social and Family Development, supporting Child Protection Officers. Lynn began a career in research as a Study Assistant at A*STAR and holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences (Hons) in Sociology from Nanyang Technological University Singapore, along with a Diploma in Customer Relationship and Service Management from Republic Polytechnic.
