Richa Chanana

Richa Chanana possesses extensive experience in human resources and talent management, currently serving in dual roles focused on Global Total Rewards and Performance Management, as well as Talent Management, Diversity & Inclusion, at Singtel since July 2018. Prior to this, Richa held various significant positions at airtel from January 2011 to July 2018, including GM and Head of Performance & Rewards for India and SA, alongside other key roles in talent management and HR business partnerships. Richa's career commenced at Genpact from April 2006 to February 2011, advancing from Manager to Senior Manager in Human Resources. Richa holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from the Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, and a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (Honors) from Sri Venkateswara College, along with early education at Delhi Public School - R. K. Puram.
