Soh Yen Teo

Soh Yen Teo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service delivery and business operations, particularly within the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as Head of Service Delivery and having held roles such as Senior Director and Director of Business Operations Support at Singtel since 2013, Soh has also contributed to the organization's success as Deputy Director for Global Service Desk from 2010 to 2012. Prior experience includes a tenure at Hewlett-Packard, where Soh advanced from Business Manager to Global Program Manager from 2000 to 2010.
