Zhongren Ong

Zhongren Ong currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Head of the International Group at Singtel since October 2008, overseeing strategic investments across Southeast Asia, India, Africa, and Australia, with a portfolio value of SGD 45 billion that constitutes over 70% of group profit. Previous positions at Singtel include Senior Director roles in Regional Finance and Business Management, focusing on financial reporting and investment management, respectively. Earlier career experiences include roles as a Manager at Far East Organisation, Senior Associate at PwC, Financial Analyst at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and Audit Associate at KPMG. Zhongren Ong holds a degree from Nanyang Technological University Singapore and completed secondary education at Jurong Junior College.
