Rachel Loh

Rachel Loh has extensive experience in the tourism and hospitality sector, primarily with the Singapore Tourism Board from June 2006 to July 2025, where roles included Executive Director of Hospitality & Tourism Talent and Regional Director for the Americas, overseeing significant initiatives in planning and marketing. Previously, Rachel served as Executive Director of Hospitality and Assistant Director, leading G2B relations and managing policy reviews related to casinos and tourism, and was pivotal in developing Singapore's international cruise terminal. Further experience includes engagement with international non-profit associations at the Singapore Economic Development Board and academic achievements such as a Master in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School and a BA in Economics from the National University of Singapore.
