Deroshan Marcus

Deroshan Marcus has a diverse work experience spanning different companies and roles.

Deroshan started their career at Firstsource Solutions Limited in 2013 as a contact center associate. Deroshan worked in this role until May 2015.

In 2015, Deroshan joined Singer Sri Lanka PLC as a Customer Service Associate. Deroshan worked in this role until November 2016.

From November 2016 to October 2021, Deroshan worked at Singer Finance as a Senior Marketing Officer. During their time there, they also took on additional responsibilities and worked as a Senior Credit Officer from September 2021 to April 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Cluster Credit Officer at Singer Finance.

Deroshan Marcus completed an Advanced Diploma in Credit Management from the Sri Lanka Institute of Credit Management from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they attended St. Benedict's College, but no specific degree or field of study was provided for that period.

In addition to their formal education, Deroshan Marcus obtained two certifications. In October 2022, they completed the "Fundamentals of Credit Management" course from Alison - Empower Yourself. Deroshan also obtained a certification in "Operational Risk Management" from the same institution and in the same month and year.
