Sampath Jayarathne

Sampath Jayarathne has extensive work experience in sales and marketing roles. Sampath is currently working at Singer Finance as the National Head of Liability Sales & Marketing and has been in this role since April 2023. Sampath also holds the position of EXCO since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Mercantile Investments and Finance PLC, where they held multiple roles including Deposits Marketing Manager, Deputy Manager, and Assistant Manager. Sampath joined this company in 2013 and worked there until April 2019. Before that, they worked at Seylan Bank PLC as a Senior Executive from 2005 to 2013. Sampath also has experience in the courier service industry, having worked at DRH Courier Express as the Manager Sales from 2004 to 2005, and at Ocs Courier Service as a Senior Account Executive from 2002 to 2004. Sampath Jayarathne began their career in 1998 as a Ground Operations Assistant at Colombo.

Sampath Jayarathne pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from Cardiff Metropolitan University. Sampath attended the university from 2015 to 2016.
