Dilip de Silva Wijeyeratne

Dilip De Silva Wijeyeratne serves as a Non Executive Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee at Sampath Bank, Singer Sri Lanka PLC, and Hayleys Fibre Plc while also holding the position of CEO and Joint Managing Director at Third Wave International since June 2010. With extensive experience in the banking sector, Dilip held key roles at HSBC from September 1990 to June 2010, including Head of Global Markets and Head of Finance and Operations. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Auditor at PwC and an Audit Trainee at EY.
