Craig Lawson

Craig Lawson, SPHR has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Craig is currently serving as the Vice President of People & Culture at Singer Vehicle Design. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Sugar Mountain, where they led HR strategy and operations for a purpose-driven food company with 300 employees across multiple states. Craig also worked as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Novinium, Inc., overseeing staffing for a technology company. Furthermore, they served as the Director of Human Resources at UST Global and created the HR Metrics Center, an online service for HR professionals, during their time as the Director/Principal at The HR Metrics Center. Craig has also held HR leadership roles at Sirius Satellite Radio, Experience Music Project, ScenicSoft, and ProCyte Corporation. Additionally, they have worked as a Human Resources Consultant for various clients, including Microsoft, Amazon.com, and Vulcan Inc.

Craig Lawson, SPHR holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Western Washington University. In addition, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career, including a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute in March 2022. Prior to this, they obtained a Personalysis Certification in Professional Training & Coaching from Personalysis in April 2020, and a Strategic Workforce Planner certification from the Human Capital Institute (HCI) in January 2011.
