Rick Whitford

Rick Whitford is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as Lead Engineer at Singer Vehicle Design since September 2022. Previously, Rick held various key roles including Product Line Manager at Norton Motorcycles and Bespoke Projects Lead at HPL PROTOTYPES LIMITED. As the Managing Director and Owner of RDW Management Ltd from 2011 to 2021, Rick demonstrated entrepreneurial leadership while also working as Project Manager at MTec Engineering. Rick has extensive experience at Jaguar Land Rover, where responsibilities included Project Manager for Exterior Systems D7a 21MY and HMI Research Project Leader. Additional roles include Lead Engineer at Inalfa Roof Systems Group, and Project Manager at Prodrive and Frazero. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Polymer Science and Engineering from London Metropolitan University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Materials Science from Newcastle University.
