Previously, Austin held positions ranging from Payroll Specialist at Meridian to Corporate Recruiter at Village Green, demonstrating a strong background in payroll management, employee benefits administration, and full-cycle recruiting. Austin holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Wayne State University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Central Michigan University, along with completion of the SHRM Learning System® Certification Preparation Course from Eastern Michigan University.
