Irene Chan

Irene Chan has extensive experience in patient experience and organizational planning within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Co-Chairperson of the Patient Experience Council at SingHealth since June 2018, Irene also holds the position of Director of the Office of Patient Experience at KK Women's & Children's Hospital, where tenure began in May 2013. Previously, Irene was a Board Member and Chairperson of the Communications Committee at Caritas Singapore from January 2013 to December 2016, and Executive Director at Assisi Hospice from June 2007 to November 2012. Irene's career at KK Women's & Children's Hospital began in October 1999 as a Manager, contributing until June 2007. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Management/Industrial Relations from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) in Classical Studies from the University of Reading.
