Kenneth Low

Kenneth Low, PMP, currently serves as Manager/Unit-In-Charge of Facilities & Infrastructure Development at SingHealth since July 2015, where responsibilities include managing information systems, developing space planning guidelines, and leading training programs for infrastructure planning. Kenneth has a background in various roles at Singapore General Hospital, including Assistant Manager in the Commissioning Secretariat and Hospital Executive focused on process transformation. Additional experience includes a tenure at the National Cancer Centre Singapore and a role at the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore as a Student Consultant. Kenneth holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the National University of Singapore and has participated in an exchange program at City University of Hong Kong.
