Originally from the Pantanal area in central Brazil, Marcelo began a career in the Brazilian Air Force as a cadet before shifting to the travel industry, where they have accumulated over two decades of experience. Their background includes significant roles in various companies, focusing on sales, marketing, and operations across numerous destinations. Marcelo's expertise spans ECO-tourism, MICE, leisure, and luxury markets, having worked in more than 40 countries across five continents. They hold a degree in Administration, Economics, and Business from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and military training from Academia da Força Aérea.
