Single Cell Discoveries
Dylan Mooijman is an accomplished scientist with extensive experience in genome sciences and RNA biology. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer and Head of Research and Development at Single Cell Discoveries since September 2021, Dylan previously held the position of Postdoctoral Researcher at EMBL from October 2017 to September 2021 as an HFSP fellow. A PhD student under Alexander van Oudenaarden at both the Hubrecht Institute and MIT, Dylan contributed to developmental biology and stem cell research from 2011 to 2017. Prior experiences include MSc and B.A.Sc. roles at various esteemed institutions, focusing on topics such as reprogramming and copy number variations in uveal melanoma. Dylan earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Genome Sciences/Genomics and a Master of Science in Cancer Genomics & Developmental Biology from Utrecht University.
