Paul Brooke is a Founder and Managing Member at PMSV Holdings LLC, a role held since 1993. They have served as Executive Chairman of Caelum Biosciences from 2018 to 2021 and held several leadership positions, including Chairman of Browne Trading Company and Single Pass, Inc. since 2024, and Vice Chairman of Urica Therapeutics, Inc. since 2021. Prior to these roles, Brooke was the Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Ithaka Acquisition Corp. and Chairman of Alsius Corporation from 2005 to 2009. They are currently pursuing an AB degree cum laude and an MA from Columbia College and Columbia University, respectively.
