James McCaughan

James McCaughan is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in finance and real estate. As Co-Owner and Founder of MC² Real Estate Ventures, LLC since March 2015, McCaughan has been instrumental in developing off-campus student housing. Concurrently, McCaughan serves on the Board of Directors for both 10x Digital and Single Point Carrier Services, and has held the position of Partner at New Phase Advisory Services since December 2013. Prior roles include significant financial leadership positions at De Lage Landen and Campus Crest, as well as a partnership at Julip Run Capital, focusing on private equity and industry consolidation. McCaughan's early career included key financial roles at Keystone Helicopter and Penske Truck Leasing. Academic credentials include a BS in Business, Accounting from Villanova University and an MBA in Accounting & Finance from Saint Joseph's University.
