Derick Joseph Oluoch

Derick Joseph Oluoch is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in cloud engineering and IT management. Currently serving as a Senior Cloud Engineer at Single Point of Contact since June 2021, Derick specializes in defining and implementing Azure cloud-based solution architectures. Derick has been an Executive Board Member at ASEC Youth Group since June 2018 and worked as an SAP Technical Product Marketing Contractor at Google Cloud Platform from June 2019 to April 2021. Previous roles include Chief Technology Officer at Come & Stay LLC, and Soft Touch Technologies, where responsibilities included strategic development and IT solutions management. Derick has also served as an IT Consultant and Policy Advocate for the UN Youth Envoy, focusing on youth participation in governmental affairs. An educational background includes an MBA in Management Information Systems from Lincoln University, a Cyber Security certification from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Nairobi, complemented by a diploma in Counseling Psychology.
