Iulian Constantin

Iulian Constantin is a seasoned ICT professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior ICT Operations Expert and ICT Development Expert at the Single Resolution Board since February 2020, Iulian has previously held positions such as Software Consultant at the Bank for International Settlements, Software Architect at Visma, and IT Specialist at the European Banking Authority. With a strong background in software development and architecture, Iulian's early career includes significant roles at ECDC, Monster Technologies, Vialuna Technology, and NIMs, where skills as a programmer and team lead were honed. Educational qualifications were obtained from „Mircea cel Batrân” Naval Academy from 1996 to 2001.
