Single Stop
Caitlin Best is a seasoned project facilitator currently managing projects for the Data & Reporting Team at Single Stop since August 2016. Prior experience includes serving as a telecommunicator and communications training officer at the Raleigh-Wake Emergency Communications Center, where emergency calls were processed for police, fire, and medical services. Caitlin also held the position of graduate assistant in international programs at North Carolina State University, developing solutions for time-sensitive issues, and worked as a resident assistant at the University of Florida, executing crisis protocols. Early professional experience includes a student internship at the Institute of World Politics, focusing on threat analyses, and an executive board member role with the Murphree Area Council at the University of Florida. Caitlin holds a Master’s degree in International Studies with a Homeland Security specialization from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Religion from the University of Florida.
