Jerry Steinhauer

Jerry Steinhauer is responsible for Singlewire product architecture, as well as integrating Singlewire products with those of third parties. He played a large role in the creation of the InformaCast mass notification system, as well as the many developments that have shaped it into the product it is today. Following the OEM agreement between Singlewire Software and Cisco Systems, Jerry served and continues to serve as a Singlewire representative to Cisco Systems and is a valued member of the team there as well as at Singlewire.

Jerry has over 20 years of IT experience. He joined Singlewire from Berbee/CDW, where he was a thought leader and developer in the Unified Communications engineering group. Jerry joined Berbee in 1995 and began working with Cisco voice on CallManager 2.4 in 1999. He used his unique mix of technical and development skills to help build and support CDW’s UC engineering group across the Midwest.

Jerry holds a bachelor of science degree in computer science with an emphasis in systems programming from the University of Wisconsin - Madison. He has also been Cisco Voice CCIE #12504 since 2003.
