Akhil Baheti

Akhil Baheti has a diverse work experience spanning over several prestigious companies. Akhil began their career as a Sr Technical Associate at Tech Mahindra in 2006 and worked there until 2011. Akhil then joined TIBCO Software Inc. as a TIBCO Consultant, where they gained extensive experience in IT, working on various technologies and roles. In 2013, Akhil joined Barclays Investment Bank as a Senior Consultant, specializing in GCCM application. Moving forward, they joined DBS Bank in 2014 in positions such as Solution Architect and Digital Onboarding Engineering Manager. During their time at DBS Bank, they played a significant role in the design and implementation of the bank's digital bank unit. In 2022, they transitioned to OCBC Bank as a Lead Architect, guiding the organization in architectural decisions. Presently, Akhil is the Head of Engineering and Architecture, Executive Director at Singlife, leading the engineering and architecture teams.

Akhil Baheti has a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree from Nagpur University.
