Ting Chuen Tan

Ting Chuen Tan has a strong background in IT audit and cybersecurity. They started their career as a Database Analyst at Singapore Airlines in 1995. From 1997 to 2016, they held various technical and managerial roles at GIC, including Senior IT Audit Manager and Technical Manager. In 2016, they joined Standard Chartered Bank as a Senior Audit Manager before moving to the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) in 2019 as Deputy Director of Technology & Cyber Risk Supervision. In 2020, Tan joined HTX, where they served as the Head of the Cybersecurity Audit Team. They are currently employed at Singlife as the Senior Vice President of IT Audit.

Ting Chuen Tan holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Computer and Information Sciences from the National University of Singapore. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in the same field from the same institution. Before entering university, they completed their Cambridge GCE 'A' Levels in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Mathematics at Raffles Institution. In terms of certifications, they became a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) in 2014, a Certified Green Belt Six Sigma in 2013, and a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) in 2008.
