Sieu Ngo has worked in a variety of roles in the IT and telecommunications industry since 1985. Sieu began their career at UPS as an Industrial Engineering Supervisor, where they supervised a team of Industrial Engineering Auditors and helped plan out the required personnel based on historical data and time case studies. In 1998, they joined Commercial Financial Solutions as a Telecommunication Specialist, where they lead a team of technicians to support a 6,000 seat call center spanning 3 buildings. In 1999, they moved to MSA Solutions as VP/Information Technology, where they were in charge of all facets of IT for a 750 agent seat, 78,000 sq ft call center with up to 1,400 employees. In 2005, they joined Singo Solution as Chief Executive Officer, where they managed staff across multiple states to build and maintain one of the most advanced Contact Management Systems in the industry.
Sieu Ngo graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE).
