Andrew Tieu

Andrew Tieu possesses extensive experience in technology and innovation within the contact centre space, primarily at Optus since October 2007. Currently serving as Associate Director of Contact Centre Technology, Tieu has held various leadership roles, including Senior Manager of Information Systems & Innovation and Innovation Delivery Manager, with a focus on enhancing reporting, insights, and analytics for digital channels. Prior to tenure at Optus, positions included Senior Applications Developer and Customer Service Representative at Stellar, along with a Fettler role at Intercast & Forge. Tieu holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from RMIT University and a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematical and Computer Sciences from the University of Adelaide. Educational foundations were built at Cabra Dominican College where the South Australian Certificate of Education was earned.
