Claire Smith

Claire (Adams) Smith is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. Claire has held senior leadership roles at Optus, including Director of Product Simplification, Director of Capability and Enablement, and NSW Director of Contact Centres. Prior to that, Claire served as Project Manager for Business Transformation at Planet Technology Group and Program Director at Inabox Group. Additional experience includes roles as Strategic Operations Manager and Business Development Manager at Telco In A Box, as well as Senior Account Manager at Your Telecom. Claire holds a degree from Queen's University Belfast, where education was completed between 1995 and 1999.
