Emma Powell

Emma Powell is an experienced Internal Communications and Events Manager at Optus, a role held since January 2023. Prior to joining Optus, Emma spent nearly eleven years at FCM Meetings & Events, where responsibilities included end-to-end management of client conferences, incentives, expos, product launches, and social media coordination for Instagram. Emma's previous experience encompasses various positions within cievents and Echo Entertainment Group, with a strong focus on event management. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Meeting and Event Planning from the International College of Management Sydney and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Event Management from Macquarie University. Emma also holds a Higher School Certificate in Dance from the Hunter School of the Performing Arts.
