Girma Adane is a Senior Network Engineer-RF and Project/Program Lead at Optus, with extensive experience in managing radio network capacity upgrades, leading user experience tests, and preparing detailed reports for departmental leadership. With a career spanning over a decade at Optus, Girma has successfully overseen significant projects involving 3G, 4G, and 5G networks and has implemented strategies that saved over $10 million in capital expenditures while enhancing customer experiences. Prior to Optus, Girma held positions at TL Consulting Group and Alcatel-Lucent, where analytical and testing skills were applied to improve business networking solutions and product introductions.
