Jason Ford

Jason Ford has extensive experience in ICT engineering and management, currently serving as Associate Director - Professional Services ICT Engineering at Optus since August 2020, where responsibilities include leading national ICT engineering services. Previously, Jason held several roles at Optus, including National ICT Engineering Manager and National Integration Services Manager Networks, overseeing teams and delivering ICT solutions to enterprise clients. Prior experience includes positions at V/Line as ICT Manager and ICT Operations Manager, where Jason managed significant ICT initiatives and ensured alignment with business goals. Additional roles include Project Manager at Alphawest and Systems Engineering Manager at Softbank Telecom, complemented by foundational positions in network engineering and customer service management. Jason holds a Bachelor of Arts from La Trobe University, a Diploma in Management, and a Certificate IV in Project Management from Swinburne University of Technology.
