Neha Kapoor

Neha Kapoor is a Senior IT Operations Analyst at Optus, where since June 2018, responsibilities have included managing IT service operations for the Common Wealth Bank of Australia and previously for WESTPAC. Neha's experience includes working as an IT Consultant at Effiniti from September 2016 to June 2018 and an HR Advisor for SAP at Fujitsu from September 2015 to February 2016. Earlier in their career, Neha served as a Business Development Executive at Infogain from January 2008 to June 2011, focusing on IT sales and marketing in the USA and Europe, and began as a Software Engineer. Neha holds a Master's degree in Computer Applications (M.C.A.) in Information Technology from the Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, completed in 2008.
