Parisa Kachoui

Parisa Kachoui is a highly experienced Principal Domain Architect at Optus, with a career spanning over a decade and a focus on prepaid digital transformation and payment strategies. Occupying various roles at Optus, Parisa has contributed to projects such as prepaid Flex & Prepaid Click & Connect (Esim), the Digital Transformation project for Spring Digital myaccount, and the development of digital self-service capabilities including the Optus Assistant Bot. Prior to Optus, Parisa worked as an Application Architect at HyperOffice, designing the Hyperslide CMS and integrating it with the HyperSolr search system. Earlier experience includes roles as a Solution Designer and Senior Java Developer at Parstel, where contributions were made to the PeBiz MRPII solution, and as a J2EE Developer at Nazmaran. Parisa holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Hardware Engineering from Iran University of Science and Technology and completed an Executive Education program in Building Artificial Intelligence at La Trobe University.
