Rachel Armstrong is a strategic leader with extensive experience in digital commerce, technology performance, and product management. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Digital Product at Optus since October 2022, Rachel oversees a team managing the lifecycle of digital product capabilities for 11 million customers in Australia. Prior roles include Head of Technology Performance and various strategic positions at Tabcorp, where Rachel drove key decisions and transformation within the technology ecosystem. Rachel also held leadership positions at Hexagon Safety & Infrastructure and Interactive Pty Ltd, focusing on delivery and product vision, respectively. Rachel began their career as an Operations Manager at Marsh & McLennan Companies and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Management Consulting and Marketing from Victoria University of Wellington.
