Shiva Kant

Shiva Kant is an experienced Product Test Manager at Optus since June 2021, bringing extensive knowledge in the OSS/BSS domain. Prior roles at Wipro Limited included Test Manager, where expertise encompassed end-to-end test phases such as SIT, UAT, and BRT, along with proficiency in tools such as Siebel CRM, Mulesoft, ServiceNow, and various Amdocs products. Earlier positions as Technical Lead and Sr. Software Engineer involved significant contributions to test engineering, particularly in Amdocs Billing. Shiva Kant holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication from JIT Borawn (2005-2009) and completed 12th grade at Indra Memorial Sirsagenj (1998-2005).
