Deputy Co-chair, Yarn - First Nations Employee Network at Optus

Viktoriya Butler is a seasoned professional with extensive experience at Optus since August 1996, currently serving as Deputy Co-Chair of the Yarn First Nations Employee Network, where leadership is focused on advancing reconciliation and embedding equity principles into organizational practices. Viktoriya also holds the position of Senior Director within the Singtel Group CTO Office, overseeing business management and strategic planning. Previous roles at Optus include Director of the CIO Office, Associate Director of Communications and Service Excellence, and various management positions in business operations. In addition, Viktoriya currently serves as Vice President and Board Director of The Women’s Club, contributing to governance and committee initiatives. A graduate of the University of Sydney, Viktoriya holds a Bachelor of Economics with majors in Economics, Politics, and Industrial Relations.
