Tung Le, PhD, is a Staff Scientist at Singular Genomics, where key contributions include the development of ITA-Seq for detecting rare genomic mutations and optimizing in-situ Direct-Seq for RNA transcript analysis at the single-cell level. Prior experience as a Senior Scientist involved enhancing bridged amplification assays.
