Lichuan Ping has held various roles throughout their work experience. In 2009, they started as an Intern Manager at Nurotron Biotech, where they developed and implemented audio signal processing algorithms. Lichuan also led a team during the application process for Chinese FDA registration and worked with hospitals and CI users during clinical trials.
In 2012, they became a Visiting Scientist at the House Research Institute, and in 2013, they returned to Nurotron Biotech as a Project Leader and DSP Research/System Engineer. In these roles, they were involved in all phases of the DSP software life cycle and led a project team for clinical trials.
In 2017, Ping founded Max BioE Inc. and became its Founder until 2019. During this time, they also served as the CEO of Singular Medical, starting in July 2017.
Furthermore, Ping worked as a Visit Research Assistant Professor at the University of Notre Dame from March 2018 to March 2019.

Lichuan Ping received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Electrical Engineering (Underwater Acoustic) from Harbin Engineering University, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. Lichuan then pursued a doctorate degree in Signal and Information Processing at the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences from 2006 to 2011. In 2010, they also had a brief visiting student experience at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, specializing in Music Processing.
In addition to their formal education, Lichuan Ping has obtained several certifications. These include "Managing Project Risks and Changes" and "Budgeting and Scheduling Projects" from Coursera Course Certificates, which they acquired in January 2016 and December 2015, respectively. In October 2015, they completed the "Initiating and Planning Projects" course and earned a verified certificate from Coursera. Other verified certificates they have obtained include "Constitutional Law" in May 2014, "An Introduction to Operations Management" in December 2013, "Introduction to Music Production" in August 2013, and "Model Thinking" in August 2013. The institutions offering these courses were Coursera Verified Certificates.
